FROM VISIONTO ACTION
Robots that see. We connect the robot, the camera, the PLC and the software into one system that actually works.
From vision to action
Our systems follow the same path: see, understand, decide and act.
See
A camera or 3D scanner captures the part, the log or the display.
Understand
Algorithms and AI find the object, its position, size and state.
Decide
The program picks the action; the safety circuit allows or stops it.
Act
A robot or mechanism does the job precisely and repeatably.
What we do
We design, program and commission. One partner from the idea to a working cell.
Industrial robot integration
KUKA, Yaskawa Motoman and FAIRINO robots: cells, programs, links to cameras and PLCs, commissioning on the shop floor.
↗ 02Machine vision 2D / 3D
Photoneo 3D scanners, cameras and algorithms that find a part, measure it, read displays and guide the robot.
↗ 03PLC, servo drives and HMI
Control programs, servo axes, industrial networks and operator screens your crews understand.
↗ 04Repair and retrofit
We find and fix faults and upgrade old lines: new controls, sensors, a robot or vision.
↗ 05AI for production
AI where it pays off: recognition, segmentation, data analysis.
↗Work on the shop floor
Robots that pick logs from a pile, AI that recognises every log and a flax harvester whose controls we programmed ourselves.
Engineering that holds up shift after shift
In business since 2010. We are responsible for a working result, not for hours.
- 01One responsible partnerRobot, vision, PLC, wiring and software from one supplier.
- 02Our own test robotsKUKA and Motoman robots in our workshop – we test the idea before installation.
- 03Trial firstVision is tested with your parts before larger investments.
- 04Safety firstAI suggests, safety allows: motion is always guarded by the safety circuit.
Five steps
Task
We discuss the process, the parts and the cycle.
Concept
Options, stages and timing.
Trial
For vision – a trial stage with your parts.
Commissioning
Design, build, program and start up.
Support
Training, service and improvements.
FAQ
Where do we start?
Send a short description, a photo or a video of the process, or write to the duty engineer at the bottom of the page. We will tell you whether and how to automate it.
Do you work with existing equipment?
Yes – we retrofit lines, add vision or a robot to running equipment and replace controls.
Which robots do you work with?
Mostly KUKA and Yaskawa Motoman; we also integrate FAIRINO cobots. We have KUKA and Motoman robots in our workshop for tests.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the task. Stages and timing come with the proposal after we discuss the task; vision projects start with a trial stage.
Tell us what you want to automate
The duty engineer will ask a few questions and pass the task to Vladimir. Type or speak.
The conversation is saved and forwarded to Vladimir Songin.
