A KUKA robot picks a log from the pile using a 3D time-of-flight camera and feeds it butt-end first into the rollers of a processing machine.
The PC finds the logs and estimates axis, length and ends; the gripper runs on two Delta servo drives. The operator can pause the cycle at any time.
Agricultural machinery · 2026, start-up tests
The harvester's original electronics were dead – we rebuilt the controls and programmed the machine entirely ourselves.
We prepared the wiring diagram, assembled PLC and relay circuits, connected and checked the sensors (wheel steering angle, wheel speed, header height) and the hydraulic valve controls. The operator screen is in Lithuanian.
Metrology bench · in production
A machine-vision system on a metrology test bench reads the LCD of every meter once per second: volume, flow and status icons.
Each meter is identified by its QR code, readings are compared with the reference and exported to a results table. The operator gets one clear screen instead of manual notes.
Wood industry · commissioning
A vacuum manipulator picks boards from the conveyor and stacks them.
We commissioned the controls and the operator screen in Lithuanian: X and Z axis speeds, pick and place coordinates, manual mode.
Designed and built in our workshop
We design and build control cabinets: PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, safety modules, industrial I/O and neat, labelled wiring.
We also rebuild the electrical cabinets of older machines so the equipment keeps running for years.
Metalworking · design stage
A laser-welding cell with a KUKA robot and two Delta servo axes positioning the part.
We are designing the wiring, axis control and robot communication.
